Our work
We act on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, financings and restructurings, and on the general corporate advice that follows a transaction. The work runs from structuring and diligence through the documents to closing.
Outside transactions, we advise boards and management on company law, governance and commercial contracts, so that routine decisions are taken with the legal position already clear.
